JESUS is Not a Liar and We Should Trust Him Alone
"Jesus said, "Do not think that I came to bring peace on the earth; I did not come to bring peace, but a sword. For I came to set a man against his father, and a daughter against her mother, and a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law." NIV
In John 3:31, John states "The one who comes from above is above all; the one who is from the earth belongs to the earth, and speaks as one from the earth. The one who comes from heaven is above all. 32 He testifies to what he has seen and heard, but no one accepts his testimony. 33 Whoever has accepted it has certified that God is truthful. 34 For the one whom God has sent speaks the words of God, for God gives the Spirit without limit. 35 The Father loves the Son and has placed everything in his hands. 36 Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life, but whoever rejects the Son will not see life, for God’s wrath remains on them." NIV
After 20 years of reading the Scripture, it has become obvious that Jesus is not a high pitched salesperson. Instead, Jesus' approach is a lot more subtle, yet authoritative. Jesus knows whether or not we will follow His command or not. Jesus also knows what the consequences are of His brethren if they do or do not follow his commands. Jesus Christ knows his Lordship and Supremacy.
Therefore, in John 3:31 above, Jesus is telling us that He comes from above. Coming from above means coming from Heaven. The point isn't that He travels far, the point is that He, Jesus, is coming from a world that we as mortal human being don't know the least about. In Isaiah 55:8-9, Jesus, says
“For my thoughts are not your thoughts,
and my thoughts than your thoughts."
NIV
Jesus has revealed to me that Isaiah 55:8-9 cited above means that we ought not read the Bible trying to understand it as if it were reading a novel or magazine or newspaper. That's all man-made work. Jesus' truths are secure and He is in the authority to speak about the creation, existence, and Salvation of the world.
This has caused a dichotomy because most people want to see the friendly "going with the flow" Jesus Christ and they don't like hearing that "...Whoever believes in the
Son has eternal life, but whoever rejects the Son will not see life, for god's wrath remains on them." John 3:36 NIV
Given that our systematic 'societal' development has marginalized Jesus as a great ideologist conversation topic popular at holiday parties, it's not a surprise that our world is completely torn apart from Jesus.
Prior to being Saved, I too resented hearing that God had the power of wrath at His hands and that it is the power of Christ Jesus that made everything possible. But slowly, Jesus was showing me that I was living in a contrived setting, a ritualistic process for no Spiritual reason.
However, if we listen to the Words of Jesus in the Bible, we have to accept that our eternal lives lay in his hands.
In John 5:22, Jesus clearly states that "Moreover, the Father judges no one, but has entrusted all judgment to the Son."
Thus, Jesus is telling us that God our Father in Heaven has given Jesus the power to judge all of us. In Romans 14:11, Jesus says "As surely as I live, says the Lord, 'every knee will bow before me; every tongue will acknowledge God." This means that Jesus isn't looking to grow his social media influence or number of followers. At the end of the age, Jesus will see that everyone, even his haters, will bow down and worship Him. Thus, Jesus isn't handing out flyers on Hollywood Boulevard to keep His production from striking down his set.
But though Jesus will still save us if we accept His Word and promises and sacrifice, even at the last minute, we must seek Him, and not He seek us. This means that the Bible teaches that Jesus will let you walk right past Him into hell if Your standards are higher to You than that of the the Lord.
So recently, as Jesus Christ was revealing the satanic gang stalking enterprise that has established itself around me as if of my own discipleship, Christ Jesus revealed to me the reason that We are to learn from Him and Hear His voice from within, is because this world is full of liars. Jesus warns against trusting people.
In Isaiah 2:22, our Lord warns "Stop trusting in mere humans, who have but a breath in their nostrils. Why hold them in esteem?" NIV
Contemporary population may take offense at such expression of Christ Jesus' expression of Lordship, however, the reality is, Jesus Christ knows best. That is a promise that Jesus Christ has thoughts that are much higher and much more supernatural than anything we, as humans can even fathom because our experience is based on what we see in this present world.
Thus, I live in prayer to our Lord almighty, Lord Jesus Christ, that He, Jesus Christ make Yourself know in in a most magnificent way possible, Lord because as a humble child of God, I think that we need You. Satan is everywhere and people don't see it. Show us God. Amen!
